Ethan Schimmoeller MD, MA

Ethan Schimmoeller is a palliative medicine physician at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and master’s in bioethics from The Ohio State University. He completed family medicine residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency in South Bend, Indiana, where he served as academic chief resident and was named resident teacher of the year. He completed hospice and palliative medicine fellowship with Ohio Health. His scholarly interests lie in the nexus of moral issues surrounding technology and spirituality in medicine.
